What is the ClosureFast™ System?

The ClosureFast™ System is an outpatient procedure using ultrasound and inserting a catheter into the diseased vein. The catheter emits heat in the vessel and closes it while slowly retracting the catheter. It has an endovenous radiofrequency ablation (RFA) catheter that is intended for coagulation of blood vessels in patients with vein disease.
