Dr. James Norcorss is a board-certified cardiologist practicing at HeartPlace in Arlington, Texas. He specializes in thoracic and cardiac surgery. Dr. Norcross is committed to helping improve the health and lives of individuals living throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and Northeast Texas. 

Dr. Norcross completed his undergraduate education at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, where he graduated magna cum laude. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine at the University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and completed an internship in general surgery at UT Southwestern Medical School for his residency and fellowship. 

In his decades of experience, Dr. Norcross has proven to be a trusted and dependable physician. In fact, he was named to the Super Doctors list in 2005 and 2006.

Dr. Norcross has admitting privileges at several local hospitals, including Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Grapevine, Texas Health Heart & Vascular Hospital Arlington, and Texas Health Arlington.
