Jennifer Corrales, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC, CNL, PCCN, is a nurse practitioner who is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys serving her patients at HeartPlace in Plano, Texas. 

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She went on to receive her Master of Science in nursing at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, where she graduated with high honors. In addition, she advanced her education by completing her post-master’s certificate as an acute care nurse practitioner at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She has been in nursing for over 20 years.

Jennifer is also a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband of 21 years and their three children. She also likes to read, bake, and go for long walks.
