Cynthia Keiser, MSN, APRN, ACNP-BC, is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner at HeartPlace in Plano and Richardson, Texas. Cynthia has over 30 years of nursing experience in caring for cardiothoracic surgical patients and their medical needs, as well as treating the most critically ill patients. She works closely with Dr. Richard Ammar.
Cynthia received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Webster University in Saint Louis, Missouri. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in nursing at Saint Louis University.
Her professional experiences include providing acute care services at Medical City Healthcare, Washington University’s Department of Anesthesia, St. John’s Mercy Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Associates, LLC. In addition, she served as a lead charge nurse at Barnes Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri.
